What's Not to Love About That?

Some authors call on friends to give testimonials, make up favorable comments used to promote their books, or pay experts or celebrities to provide supportive remarks. A popular talk show personality, for example, would have raved about Charming Children (probably without even reading it) for a few thousand bucks.

Uhhh... a little out of our budget and... not our style.

Thankfully, we’re receiving authentic validation from folks who have read our book -- Malia Hinman, for example, who recently gave us permission to quote her:

“The biggest change I see in my son at the ‘pre-preschool’ he attends is that his teacher used to tell me he was having trouble paying attention and following directions. As soon as we started his new nighttime routine, those problems absolutely disappeared. Also gone are the days of waking up to a grumpy child. He wakes up smiling and tells me,

‘Hi morning, Mommy!”What's not to love about that?

On the subject of book promotion, if you’re on FaceBook please go to our Charming Children FB page and “like” it. Electronically challenged as I am, I don’t know why this helps spread the word or how it all works, but I’ve been advised to ask this favor, so ask it I have.

By the way, if you'd like to meet Elliott, the inspiration for this book, or Mike, a US Marine who used it as a single dad to help his son, go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S0VgaGDXSf0&feature=player_embedded and click on the 90 second video.
